ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized standard that defines the requirements for effective quality management in a company. ISO 9001 certification is carried out by an independent certification company to ensure independent confirmation of the full implementation of all ISO 9001 requirements and takes place on the basis of an audit in which all areas affected by ISO 9001:2015 are closely examined. The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers • Management and training of dogs and their handlers. • Training of dog trainers, explosives detection dog handlers, bedbug detection dog handlers, assistant detection dog handlers and instructors. • Preventive searches for weapons, ammunition, pyrotechnic products, fireworks and explosives of all kinds. • Search for bedbugs. • Search for substances or objects of all kinds.

A certified quality management system (ISO9001:2015+eduQua 2012) is in place for the training processes and the deployment of the dogs. These processes and structures are audited annually by an external certification institution.
