The number of participants in each course is limited; registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. By registering, all conditions of the educational service (e.g. forms of instruction, examination regulations, scope of services, etc.) and our GTC are accepted. SK-9 will issue a receipt for taxes upon request. SK-9 GmbH reserves the right to refuse participants and/or their dogs without giving reasons. For administrative expenses incurred by SK-9 which are not covered by the standard procedure for registration or deregistration, a lump sum of CHF 100.00 will be charged in any case. E1.3 Health/vaccination and duty to provide information The dogs must be vaccinated, chipped, dewormed and completely healthy. The participant is obliged to inform the company SK-9 if the dog is ill or has had an accident. The company SK-9 is bound by the following reporting obligations - Article 11 of the Animal Diseases Act and Art. 78 of the Animal Protection Ordinance (in both cases data protection does not apply and your data will be forwarded to the veterinary office of the Canton of Luzren). E1.4 Leash obligation, behavior during training Dogs must always be kept on a lead. Dogs may only be released on the express instructions of the instructors. We ask participants to refrain from eating, smoking and talking on the phone during the lessons. Filming/photography is prohibited during training. Course participants who do not treat their dog appropriately may be excluded from the training. This will be done without refunding the training costs and without providing a training certificate. The Robidog obligation applies everywhere. E1.4 Insurance and exclusion of liability During training, dog owners are responsible for themselves and their dogs. Everyone is liable for their own dog or the dog they bring with them. The dogs must be insured against liability in accordance with the legal requirements. This is the responsibility of the dog owner. In the event of theft, loss or damage to the property of a participant during the training at the training location, SK-9 GmbH is only liable in the event of intent and gross negligence. The company accepts no liability for damage to property, personal injury and/or financial loss resulting from the use of the work shown, or for damage or injury caused by participating dogs. The participant is liable for any damage caused by him and his dog. Property damage and personal injury are insured in the course of work for SK-9. The sum guaranteed is 10 million E1.5 Course documents / withdrawal / non-attendance / deregistration After passing the aptitude test, interview with the future dog trainer NHB, the dog and its handler will be admitted to training. Any documents are included in the course fee and will be handed out to the participant on the first day of training. All documents and documentation handed out or made available by SK-9 GmbH are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Any duplication or distribution is only permitted with the express written consent of SK-9 GmbH E1.6 Cancellation and termination of training courses We reserve the right to cancel all courses and lessons if the number of participants is too low. Any claims as a result of the cancellation are excluded. Dogs that do not meet the training requirements or whose behavior disrupts the lessons can also be excluded from the course. In the case of training courses with a limited number of participants, the entire course fee will be retained even if the course is canceled by SK-9 GmbH. E1.7 Access authorization Membership entitles the holder to access the facilities of SK-9 GmbH. Accompaniment by family members is only permitted if they are not working in the dog area or causing a disturbance. It is not permitted to bring along third parties as helpers, trainers, etc. E1.8 Interruption of operation Interruption of operations by SK-9 GmbH outside of the agreed vacation periods extends the season by the same period of time. The discontinuation of the courses offered is considered an interruption of operations. There is no entitlement to courses being held by certain trainers. E1.9 Non-utilization of the facilities Non-utilization of courses, facilities and infrastructure does not entitle the participant to a reduction or refund of the course fee. E1.10 Illness/accident Medically certified illness/accident of the course participant course participant extends the course by the same duration. The course can be continued in the following year. Short absences of less than 4 weeks are not taken into account. General absences such as vacations, military service, relocation, private reasons etc. will not be reimbursed. If a dog becomes ill during a training block or is unable to complete the training for other health reasons, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course fee. However, the participant may attend the course with another dog. In any case, a veterinary certificate must be presented. SK-9 GmbH expressly reserves the right to accept or reject a certificate. E1.11 Agreed mode of payment When the contract is signed, 10% of the training costs must be paid in advance. The remaining training fee is to be paid before the start of the respective module. The following withdrawal conditions apply. up to 1 day before the start of the course = 50% of the total course costs Cancellations or withdrawals after the 1st day of the course must be paid in full. No training fees that have already been paid will be refunded. E1.12 Additional agreements Any ancillary agreements and additional agreements must be made in writing in order to be binding. E1.13 Validity of the GTC, place of jurisdiction, applicable law These terms and conditions are a regulatory component of the registration. By registering, you accept these GTC. The place of jurisdiction is determined by the location of the company. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
